WHAT IS WHITE REPLACEMENT THEORY
White replacement theory/ low birth rate fewer additional white people. They don’t understand that more white people are dying than are being born. If people keep dying and the birth rate is low naturally there are going to be fewer white people.
White supremacists and nationalists don’t understand that when white people die there are not as many people to replace them. Many white people decide to have fewer children because of the costs involved in raising them to adulthood. And many decide not to have children at all for various reasons.
White supremacists and nationalists should stop thinking that as white people are dying off there is nobody to replace them for the jobs that are being left open because of baby boomers retiring or dying. They should really be stopping to think that we need the immigrants to help man the jobs that are becoming available.
Do they stop to ask themselves who is going to take the jobs as the white people die or are retiring and becoming just too old to do their jobs? When immigrants come to this country, they not only come to have a safe place to live and raise their children but also are anxious to start their own businesses which in turn creates job openings.
Do they stop to realize how much they are taking advantage of immigrants not letting them become citizens but keeping them undocumented so they can take advantage of them and always threaten them that they will call and get them deported? Immigrants provide a workforce for the necessary jobs the American economy needs to keep the economy going.
Think of all the immigrants it takes for the meatpacking plants and for the agriculture companies that supply the food for us. Companies are willing to accept immigrants for jobs even helping them come out with a Social Security number to make it possible for them to work.
When hiring undocumented immigrants who they know are not legal to be here they can do what they want to the immigrants and always threaten to call and get them deported. Even though the immigrant’s employer managed to get fake papers for them to work in the United States when the business is raided and many of the employees are arrested and are deported. It is only the immigrant that is suffering, and nothing is done to the employer who got the fake documents and let them work for them.
If immigrants are working with fake documents meaning they have a Social Security number, they are still not able to take advantage of the Social Security benefits because the money that they are putting into the fund is not going to benefit them later.
How many undocumented immigrants are hired knowingly to help in the farm industry with the growth of different types of vegetables and nuts and fruits to keep their business growing and still not get in trouble for hiring undocumented immigrants?
Do people stop to think about how much the undocumented or immigrants contribute to the United States with their contributions to Social Security because they have bogus documents? They contribute to Social Security which helps the American population but does not help them because they are unable to access government assistance to help them
President Trump took advantage of undocumented immigrants to be the Maids and Gardeners for his businesses, properties, and golf courses that he has. He railed against undocumented immigrants but yet he is there to take advantage of them because they are dependable and don’t ask for a whole lot from anyone.
Immigrants mainly want to be citizens so they can gain more benefits than they do now. What if all the immigrants stopped performing their work for all these businesses and do not show up to work? They would bring the economy to a standstill because the economy relies a lot on immigrants whether they are undocumented or documented.
In recent years with all the migration from the countries that were fighting making it unsafe for their residents and driving the people out of their country to look for a safer place to live and work and protect themselves from being killed. The immigrants took unthinkable chances at our southern border trying to get to the United States or crossing the Mediterranean heading to Europe looking for jobs and safety to raise their families.
They used rickety boats to cross the Mediterranean running the risk of people drowning before they even got to where they wanted to go. Then when they reached the shore a lot of them were gathered up and deported back to the original country even though it was dangerous for them.
Germany was running short of workers because so many of the people were dying of old age and there were no longer any younger kids to take their place. Germany welcomed the immigrants and was able to assimilate them into German society giving them safety and a chance to raise their families.
Many immigrants from these Middle East countries are exceptionally talented when it comes to technical savvy with computers etc. Even though they are difficult to understand when you talk to them on the phone for customer service, they still possess the needed knowledge to help people with their computer needs.
Since immigrants were originally from countries that did a lot of farming, they had large families to take care of the farm that they needed to provide food and meat for their families. Think the Hmong and Vietnamese. Now when they come to the United States, they no longer need to have large families to be able to live here.
They also take better care of their parents when they become unable to take care of themselves. There may be several generations of people living in the same household and taking care of each other. They seem to be better at helping others and not just thinking of themselves.
Many immigrants are good at starting new businesses in the United States and hiring other people to work for them including white people. Immigrants contribute a tremendous amount to our culture by letting us view their culture and blend it with the work culture.
Just because they have a different culture does not make them bad because we do not understand their culture. They have several years doing their culture and getting it as good as they are. People in the United States can learn from the immigrant’s culture and work it into our culture.
